To secure your place in the Aizu Ambassador Promotion please read and agree to the Aizu Ambassador Promotion
Terms and Conditions outline below.
Snow Japan & Aizu Ski Japan
Snow Japanis an Australian travel agency that provides a Japan snow booking service acting as an intermediary
between Aizu and guests. We receive payments from Aizu for the provision of our booking service.
Eligibility
The program is available to non-Japanese passport holders only.
Ambassadors must be 18 years of age or older, or travelling with an accompany adult.
Guest ID will be required at check in.
Inclusions
- Five nights’ accommodation at Hoshino Resorts Bandaisan Onsen Hotel, EN Resort Grandeco Hotel or Urabandai Lake Resort Hotel.
Monday to Friday only, twin or triple share (Single supplement and Public Holiday charge apply).
- Daily breakfast (halfbord option is available)
- 4-day lift pass that accesses 21 ski resorts in the Aizu region.
Price
From $699 per person based on twin or triple share for Bandaisan Onsen Hotel (booked by 31 July 2024)
From $729 per person based on twin or triple share for En Resort Grandeco Hotel (booked by 31 May 2024)
From $699 per person based on twin or triple share for Urabandai Lake Resort Hotel
Single supplement, Saturday, Sunday or Public holiday surcharges will apply.
Child (7-12years old) rate is available at 70% of adult price when sharing with 1 adult in a room.
Child (4-6years old) rate is available at 50% of adult price when sharing with 1 adult in a room.
Child (0-3years old) rate is free of charge when sharing a bed with adult.
Travel period
06 January 2025 to 31 March 2025 (Excludes 07 Jan 2025 for Bandaisan Onsen Hotel ).
Surcharges apply to public holiday periods.
Reservation & payment
Booking is confirmed with $200 per person non-refundable deposit when booking. The remainder of the payment
will be due 60 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations 61 or more days prior to arrival – $200 per person
Cancellations 60 or less days prior to arrival – 100 % of total charge
Documentation
No visa is required for Australian passport holders for holiday stays in Japan up to 90 days. Aizu Ski Japan does not
accept any responsibility for losses or additional expenses incurred as a result of a passenger not holding the
necessary valid passport or visa.
Responsibility
Aizu Ski Japan and Snow Japan Travel will not be responsible from liability for any loss, damage, injury, delay or
inconvenience, omission or acts being negligent, committed by the operators or airline, coach lines, hotels. All such
losses or expenses are to be borne by the participant in the program with the goods and services provided by other
operators. Passengers are advised to familiarize themselves with terms and conditions of the suppliers such as
hotels and transportation companies.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.
